Varied group programs designed for women held at the Beaches Strength and Conditioning Academy, 26 Williams Street, Brookvale. BOXING, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, Abs/Butts/thighs, tough mudder training, indoor and outdoor. (Duration: 45 minutes.)

  • Kid's School Holiday Class

    $50/wk Unlimited class attendance .(5x 45min group class each week)

    Whilst you do Milla’s Squad your kids get a workout with a WCC checked Kid’s Certified Personal Trainer! No School holiday excuses!! work out whilst your kids are working out with a Kids certified Personal Trainer! A fun-filled 45 minutes Monday to Friday at the same time as the original Milla's Squad. Don't compromise your own fitness, bring the kids to work out too.

  • Teenage Girl Power Workshop

    It's hard enough just being a teenager these days. Elle and Camilla provide guidance on creating a healthy and happy state of mind for teenage girls in a fun and friendly environment.

    This is a four-part workshop providing a springboard of coping mechanisms for young girls reaching adulthood!. This interactive workshop is facilitated in a relaxed group setting with an experienced health and wellness coach and nutritionist. With plenty of lively group discussion/interaction, Neuro-Linguistic Programming tools and Life Coaching skills.

    Week one: What is it like to be a teenage girl?

    We discuss with the girls what issues they are facing, how they currently cope and help them implement new ways to manage current issues.

    Week Two: Health & Wellness week!

    We talk about hygiene, changing body shapes, how to stay fit and healthy, how to deal with boys, any other topics the girls come up with.

    Week Three: Nutrition week.

    Why it's important to eat regularly and the type of foods to eat. Why the body needs a high-calorie diet.

    Week Four: SMART Goal setting sessions.

    The girls will be empowered to implement some goals based on nutrition, health and fitness.
