Varied group programs designed for women are held at the Beaches Strength and Conditioning Academy, 26 Williams Street, Brookvale. BOXING, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, Abs/Butts/thighs, tough mudder training, indoor and outdoor. (Duration: 45 minutes.)
